Andrea Hackett
(She/Her/Hers)
Hello! I’m Andrea and I am a a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with CRPO. I work with preteens, teens, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by overthinking, navigating difficult friendships or romantic relationships, struggling with self-esteem, or trying to manage the pressures of school, work, and everyday life.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I believe that meaningful change begins with connection, and I value building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and understanding.
Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, build insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and connected to yourself as you move toward the life you want to create.

(He/Him/His)
Registered Social Worker(OCSWSSW)
I am a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) with over 5 years of experience supporting children between the ages of 8 to 18, and anyone above the age of 18 as well. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every person has unique strengths that can be built upon to create meaningful change.
My clinical experience includes providing psychotherapy through community mental health agencies, structured psychotherapy programs, and youth and family services. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and regularly integrate Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy into my work. I strive to tailor therapy to each individual’s goals, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing and growth.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety-related concerns, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. I also have experience working with children, youth, and families, helping them strengthen communication, build coping skills, and navigate difficult life circumstances.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I look forward to working alongside you to develop practical strategies and create lasting positive change.

Veronica Pecchia
(She/Her/Hers)
BA, MACP, RP (Qualifying) CRPO #18088
Veronica understands that many individuals feel pressure to “have it all together” while quietly managing anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, she works with teens, young adults, and adults (14 +)–late 30s who are seeking greater self-understanding, balance, confidence, and ease in their lives.
She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-harm, as well as challenges with self-esteem, boundaries, and relationships. Many of the individuals she works with feel overwhelmed by their thoughts or emotions, struggle with overthinking, or find it difficult to cope in sustainable ways.
In her work, she helps clients make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for everyday life. She draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional regulation, coping, and self-understanding. She often describes coping as learning to carry an umbrella; you can’t always control the storm, but you can move through it with greater support and stability.
She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from Seneca College. Her background includes mental health research and experience in educational and supportive roles as an educator, youth program coordinator, and grief facilitator, shaping a thoughtful and developmentally informed approach to her work.
I am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and genuine space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. Before becoming a therapist, I experienced the value of having a space where I felt heard, understood, and supported. I understand what it can feel like to navigate difficult seasons, question yourself, and search for support that feels like the right fit. These experiences have shaped the therapist I strive to be today and deepened my commitment to creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
